Our partners recognize the culture of an organization and may be aware of other talented individuals which meet the skill sets that we are seeking. People tend to spend time with those of similar interests and skills. Through previous organizations, industry associations, educational entities, our associates have networked with individuals of similar skill sets. Perhaps you are aware of someone that is content in their current position, but would be open new challenge if presented with one.
Abacus values referrals and provides monetary rewards for referrals which successfully meet our criteria.
- Referrals must meet the mandatory position requirements, perform acceptably and remain employed for a minimum period of time.
- The size of a bonus is dependent on the position.
- Bonus payments are made accordingly. Twenty-five percent of the referral bonus is made when the new employee is hired. The remaining 75% is paid upon completion of the new employees first six months of employment.
